Acceptable Use Policy

You must not use our website or Services for:

• Unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data
• Distributing malware or other malicious activity
• Abusive automated messaging, including messaging without a lawful basis or consent
• Unlawful processing of personal data
• Circumventing the rules, rate limits or terms of third-party platforms
• Any other use that is unlawful or harmful to others

Where an automation sends emails, SMS or other messages, you are responsible for ensuring the recipients have been contacted lawfully, that opt-outs are honoured, and that sender identification requirements are met.

AI components must not be used to generate unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, or to make consequential decisions about people without appropriate human oversight.

We may suspend or withdraw access to Services, in whole or in part, where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached or where continued operation creates legal or security risk. Where appropriate we will contact you first.
